Eligibility
New members
You qualify if you:
Have never registered for a Pelago account, and
Have never participated in a Pelago program.
Existing members
Some existing Pelago members may qualify if they receive a direct email offering an incentive. If you’re unsure, please contact us at members@pelagohealth.com.
Can I earn more than one reward?
No. Rewards are limited to one per person. Multiple registrations (including with different emails or accounts) are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
How to qualify for rewards
New member rewards
To earn your reward, you must complete all of the following steps:
Register for a Pelago account.
Download the Pelago mobile app.
Complete your welcome call.
Existing member rewards
If you are an existing Pelago member who is eligible for a reward, you must complete all the specific steps outlined in the email you received.
Important notes
Rewards are only issued to members who complete all required steps.
Pelago reserves the right to verify completion of program requirements before sending your reward.
Reward delivery
When will I get my reward?
You’ll receive a reward redemption email within 2-7 business days after completing all qualifying steps.
What if I don’t receive my reward?
If you haven’t received your reward within this timeframe, please email members@pelagohealth.com for assistance.
Troubleshooting
Where will my reward email come from?
Reward emails are sent from hello@go.pelagohealth.com or rewards@updates.pelagohealth.com.
If you don’t see your reward email:
Check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure you’re using the email address associated with your Pelago account.
If on a work VPN, disconnect and try again.
Complete any email verification if prompted.
If the link says it’s expired, click “Send me a new link.”
If the reward email is still missing, your provider may be blocking it. We recommend whitelisting mail@gift.sendoso.com. (See Whitelisting Instructions.)
