How to Update Your Account Information
At Pelago, we want to make it simple for you to keep your account details accurate and up to date. While updates cannot be made directly in the Pelago app, you can easily request changes to your information through the following options:

Email address
Date of birth
Mailing address
Phone number
How to Request an Update
Through your coach or counselor
Let your Pelago coach or counselor know the information you’d like to update. They will submit the request on your behalf.
By contacting Member Support
Email our support team directly at members@pelagohealth.com. Please include your current details and the updated information so we can process your request quickly.
Once we receive your request, our team will make the changes and confirm with you once your account information has been updated.
