The Best Holiday Punch

If you're looking for an easy holiday punch to impress your guests or simply enjoy with your family - this recipe is perfect for any occasion!

Yields: 10-12 Servings | Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

For the ice cubes:

  • 8 sprigs fresh rosemary

  • 1 4-oz. container pomegranate arils

  • Water

  • 2 Ice Cube Trays

For the punch:

  • 3 cups unsweetened pomegranate juice or unsweetened tart cherry juice

  • 1 cup orange juice

  • 1 cup pineapple juice

  • 1 2-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced

  • 1 25.4 oz bottle sparkling apple juice

Directions

For the ice cubes:

  • Cut the rosemary sprigs into 1-inch pieces

  • Set out your ice cube trays

  • Add a few pomegranate seeds and 1 piece of cut rosemary to the wells of each ice cube tray

  • Add water until each well is about three-quarters full

  • Place flat into freezer and freeze until solid, at least 12 hours

For the punch:

  • In a large pitcher, combine the pomegranate or cherry, pineapple, and give it a stir

  • Add the sliced ginger to the pitcher and let sit overnight in the refrigerator (or up to 24 hours)

  • When you're ready to serve, place a few ice cubes in a glass and fill it halfway with the fruit juice

  • Top the fruit juice with sparkling apple cider, serve immediately, and enjoy!
