Raspberry Lemonade

· Fresh or frozen raspberries

· Lemon juice or freshly squeezed lemons

· Sugar or monk fruit sweetener

· Vanilla extract (optional)

Directions: Blend the raspberries, sugar, and half of the lemon juice. Strain the raspberry puree. Add the remaining lemon juice, cold water, and vanilla extract. Serve with ice, garnish with lemon slices and fresh raspberries.

Shirly Temple

· 1 cup ginger ale

· 1 teaspoon grenadine

· A squeeze of fresh lime juice

· Maraschino cherries for garnish

Directions: Add all ingredients into a tall glass. Stir, and garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Mock Mojito

  • 1/2 lime, cut into wedges

  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves

  • 2 teaspoons white sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 1/2 cup club soda or sparkling water

  • Ice cubes

  • Mint sprig for garnish
