How will I receive my incentive?

You’ll receive an email from Pelago containing a secure link to redeem your incentive.
Tip: Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.


When will I get my incentive?

Incentives are typically sent within 5–7 days after you’ve completed all qualifying steps.


How do I qualify for an incentive?

To be eligible for a Pelago incentive, you’ll need to complete the following steps:

  1. Register for a Pelago account.

  2. Confirm your eligibility for the program.

  3. Download the Pelago mobile app.

  4. Complete your welcome call.

Once you’ve finished these steps, your incentive will be processed automatically.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Once you receive your email from Pelago, simply click the link inside to redeem your gift card.
